The Story

Titanium Dioxide is one of the best white pigment agents available. It is fat soluble and is generally used in any chocolate work where you require a whiter result. A small amount added to white chocolate will remove its natural yellow colour. It can also be used to turn fondant icing, modelling paste & flower paste into a brilliant shade of white.\n\nWhen adding titanium dioxide to colour white chocolate, it is best to add it during the melting process to help the colour come out smoother.\nFood grade quality. Powder has no taste. \n\nWeight: 100g (Gross).\n\nStorage: Keep in airtight container.
